Backing directly onto a tranquil section off Chinaman’s Creek with a firepit zone among the lawns and a family of resident ducks provide a close encounter with nature, the home celebrates the outdoors with a seamless connection to a generous sundeck, while a firepit among the rear lawns creates an irresistible gathering place beneath the stars or where you can watch the resident ducks glide along the creek, adding a delightful sense of discovery and making nature an ever-present part of the holiday experience.

Inside is finished with flair providing a stunning coastal aesthetic that amplifies the sunny disposition, including an open plan living and dining zone with triple stacked doors out to the large deck and fenced front gardens where long lunches, afternoon drinks and BBQ gatherings can stretch effortlessly into the evening.
